Pick whichever fits. They all arrive in the same place.ColorPickr
iPhone · iOS 17 or later · $1.99, onceThe color doesn't match the object exactly. Is something wrong?
No — that's the honest behavior of a camera. What the sensor records depends on the light falling on a surface, the angle you hold the phone at, and how the surface reflects. Move into different light and the reading moves with it.
ColorPickr is built for creative and digital work, where you want a starting point that feels right. It is not a calibrated spectrophotometer and shouldn't be used to match paint, dye lots, or anything where a laboratory-grade measurement matters.
For the most consistent readings, fill the frame with the surface, avoid shadows and specular highlights, and sample in even, indirect light.
Which formats can I copy?
Five: HEX, RGB, HSB, SwiftUI Color, and UIColor. The last two are copied as code you can paste straight into a Swift file.
How do I get a color from my iPhone to my Mac?
Copy it in ColorPickr, then paste on the Mac. That's Apple's Universal Clipboard, so both devices need to be signed into the same Apple Account with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Handoff turned on, and near each other.
If pasting doesn't work, the usual fix is turning Handoff off and on again in Settings › General › AirPlay & Continuity on the iPhone and in System Settings › General › AirDrop & Handoff on the Mac.
Where are my captured colors stored?
Recent captures are kept in palette history on your device only. Nothing is uploaded, and no camera frame is ever saved — the frame is analyzed live and discarded.
Does it work on iPad or Mac?
Not yet. ColorPickr is iPhone-only and requires iOS 17 or later. If an iPad version would be useful to you, say so in an email — that's how it gets prioritized.
Is there a subscription, an account, or ads?
None of the three. ColorPickr is $1.99 once, with no in-app purchases, no account to create, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.
I need a refund.
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too — we can't issue them ourselves. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find ColorPickr, and choose the option to request a refund.
If the reason is something broken in the app, email us as well. We'd rather fix it.
Does it work with VoiceOver and larger text?
Yes. ColorPickr supports Dynamic Type, carries VoiceOver labels throughout, and honors increased contrast. If you hit something that doesn't work with the assistive technology you use, that's a bug — please report it and it goes to the front of the queue.

PolicySquirrel
In development — not yet availablePolicySquirrel is still being built, so there is no customer support to give yet. If you're evaluating it for your organization, or you'd like to hear when early access opens, write to support@wolfsraven.com and say a little about the policy problem you're trying to solve — that feedback shapes what ships.

Writing a useful bug report
Four lines is usually enough.- What you did — the steps, in order, right before it went wrong.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Your device and iOS version — Settings › General › About.
- A screenshot or screen recording if the problem is visual.
Please don't send anything confidential. We don't need your Apple Account details, and no one from Wolf's Raven will ever ask for your password.
Accessibility
Reports are treated as bugs, not requests. Our products are built to work with VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and increased contrast, and this site is built to be navigable by keyboard and readable at any text size. If something here or in an app doesn't work with the assistive technology you rely on, tell us at support@wolfsraven.com and we'll treat it as a defect to fix.
